Meatless Monday: Nectarine Overnight Oats Smoothie
Ingredients
¼
cup
old-fashioned rolled oats
¼
cup
plain low-fat yogurt
2
nectarines
coarsely chopped
1
banana
sliced
½
cup
fat-free milk
Honey
to taste (optional)
Instructions
In a small jar, combine oats and yogurt, and then let the mixture sit overnight in the refrigerator.
In a blender, combine overnight oats, nectarines, banana, milk, and honey. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
Notes
*Add more milk, fruit juice, or water if you prefer a thinner consistency
