Lemon Parmesan Asparagus

Ingredients

asparagus
trimmed

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
unsalted butter
melted
¼
tsp
salt
or to taste
¼
tsp
black pepper

tbsp
lemon juice
¼
cup
Parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and melted butter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss gently.
Roast for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
