Kodiak Power Cakes Healthy Protein Waffle Recipe
These Kodiak Power Cakes waffles are a delicious, protein-packed breakfast made with wholesome ingredients like whole grains and are easily customizable with your favorite add-ins.
- 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Buttermilk Flapjack and Waffle Mix
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or berries optional
- Cooking spray
Preheat the waffle iron to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes mix, egg, water (or milk), applesauce (if using), vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using). Mix until smooth.
