Ingredients
3tspsinstant coffee powder
3tbspsgranulated sugar
1.5cupshot water
2envelopesunflavored gelatin0.25 oz each
Heavy cream or evaporated milkfor serving
Instructions
In a heat-safe bowl or measuring cup, dissolve instant coffee powder and sugar in hot water.
Add gelatin to the coffee mixture and stir until the gelatin dissolves. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Cool to room temperature and pour into individual molds or a large rectangular pan.
Refrigerate until set, about 4-5 hours. Unmold onto individual plates or cut into cubes and serve in bowls.
Garnish with a dollop of whipped heavy cream or a drizzle of evaporated milk and enjoy!
