Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned or frozen artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 2 cups frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large French baguette or bread sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded vegan mozzarella cheese
