Crunchy Asian Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients

cider vinegar

vegetable oil

honey

soy sauce

grated ginger
Salt and pepper

coleslaw mix

cup
frozen edamame
cooked
1
large bell pepper
shredded
1/2
cup
roasted almonds
chopped

package ramen noodles
crushed (discard seasoning packet)
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add in coleslaw mix and peppers, and mix well.
Garnish with almonds and ramen noodles. Serve immediately.
