Copycat Angry Crab Shack Seafood Boil Trifecta Sauce

For the Seafood Boil:
- Shrimp
- Snow crab legs king crab legs, or lobster tails
- Mussels or clams
- Corn on the cob
- Small red-skinned or fingerling potatoes
- Sausage cut into pieces
For the Trifecta Sauce:
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 4 tbsps unsalted butter
- 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chili paste or Sriracha adjust based on spice level
- 2 tbsps Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
In a medium-sized pan, heat the olive oil and unsalted butter over medium heat until the butter is melted and the oil is hot. Add the minced garlic and grated fresh ginger to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Let the mixture simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning or spice levels if needed.
Once the sauce has thickened and the flavors are well balanced, remove it from heat and serve it over the seafood boil.
