Chocolate Peanut Butter Cracker Stacks
These sweet and savory cracker stacks are a delicious combination of chocolate and peanut butter, and are super easy to make too!
Servings 20 cracker stacks
Ingredients
- 40 RITZ crackers
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate melted
Instructions
- Spread half of the crackers with a layer of peanut butter and top with the remaining crackers to make cracker stacks. Place stacks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Using a fork, dip each cracker stack in melted chocolate and place on the parchment lined baking sheet. Let the stacks set until the chocolate is set.
