Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 oz semisweet chocolate chopped (more for garnish)
- graham crackers, Nilla cookies, and/or strawberries for serving
Instructions
- Using a mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Add in heavy cream, vanilla extract and confectioners' sugar and beat until well blended.
- Fold in chocolate and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with graham crackers, Nilla cookies, and/or strawberries.
