This gorgeous drink with layers of orange juice, grenadine, and sparkling wine makes it the perfect cocktail for brunch any time of the year.
Happy Friday and National Tequila Day! Today I’ve got a drink to share with you, actually, it’s TWO drinks in one.
Tequila Sunrise Mimosa combines the attractive color layers and the sweet, citrusy flavor of tequila sunrise with the bubbly festiveness of mimosa.
Instead of regular orange juice, I used an orange pineapple juice blend which makes it even better. Feel free to substitute with whatever orange juice blend you like — half orange and half peach nectar or pineapple juice would be awesome too!
