This refreshing smoothie will remind you of drinking a tall glass of pink lemonade on a hot summer day.
Now that the weather is getting really hot here in New York, I’ve found myself craving smoothies all the time. So I whipped one up this morning with some ingredients I already had on hand. I ended up with this tart, refreshing Cherry Lemonade Smoothie, perfect for those who love cherries like I do.
I added a container of Greek yogurt in there, too, for added nutrient. If you’re vegan or avoiding dairy, you could use coconut yogurt or protein powder instead.
Got some leftover? Pour them into popsicle molds to enjoy later!
This Hamilton Beach Wave Action Blender did a great job of pulverizing everything and crushing ice which resulted in a smooth textured drink that’s cool, creamy, and delicious. It has a stir spoon, which comes in handy when you need to push ingredients down as it blends, and a lid spout for mess-free pouring.
