Packed with vitamins and beta carotene, this sweet and citrusy juice is a great way to start your day!
Did you enjoy the long New Years weekend? Isn’t it so nice to be able to countdown to the new year, then have the entire weekend to recuperate? Or continue to celebrate? ;)
But it’s Monday again and it’s time to get back on track. Last year when I got a juicer from my sister and I got a little obsessed and was juicing for the entire summer. Then, Fall and Winter came and I got distracted with baking cookies, cakes, and pies — let’s just say the stand mixer got quite a workout. Now it’s about time I bring it back out of its hiding!
This juice I’m sharing today is one I made literally every other day last year. For those of you who are wary about juicing vegetables, carrot juice is a good place to start because carrots have a natural sweetness with a hefty dose of vitamin A and beta carotene.
Carrot + orange + ginger = winning combination.
